Payment Policy
1. Payment information
You must make payment by bank transfer. You are liable for any applicable bank charges for transfer (both sender and beneficiary). Please indicate as such when sending payment. Please include your booking / invoice number(s) as reference.

2. Deposit
After booking your place(s) on one of our travels, we will send you confirmation of your booking via email. In case of manual payment, please be sure to put your booking number as as reference. If no payment has come trough within 7 days after receiving the booking confirmation, Blueprint Travels is allowed to either send a reminder, stating a deadline by which the payment must be made, or to cancel the contract. After the specified time limit runs out the customer is liable for the relevant cancellation fees.
3. Cancellation
If the minimum number of participants is not met, we can decide to cancel the trip. Fortunately, this is rarely the case, but should it occur, we will notify you no later than three weeks before departure. If you do not hear from us, you can assume that your trip will continue as planned.
In case you decide to not take part in the trip due to personal circumstances, we will charge a cancellation fee. You can try to recover this from your cancellation insurance. For full details about cancellations, please look at our terms & conditions.
